Most appointments are scheduled during the afternoon hours on Tuesdays through Fridays (12:30 pm – 5:30 pm). A limited number of appointments are also offered on Saturdays. Please send an e-mail message to wataru@okadalink.com with your preferred time slot and days of the week.

Telehealth

The majority of clients prefer to be seen remotely from home or a workplace for their convenience. Unless specifically requested by local clients in Western NY, appointments are scheduled for telehealth only, and a link for confidential, HIPAA-compliant Zoom session or Google Meet will be provided. Prior to the first telehealth session, new clients are expected to digitally sign consent forms. Please note that it is the client’s responsibility to secure a quiet, private space where they can engage in therapeutic discussions without distractions. The therapist cannot and will not serve a client engaged in unrelated activities or in a moving vehicle.  In such an event, the session will be regarded as a missed appointment at the discretion of the therapist.  As clearly indicated in the agreed-upon telehealth consent form, no part of a therapy session should be recorded or reproduced by any means or device in any media format.
